We are pleased to announce that this year the 3rd conference on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Health is being organized internationally not only in French. The conference will be held on May 2023. The exact dates will be posted soon.
Written at the request of the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, human health is one of the 4 main scopes defined as a priority. Maintaining an advanced and up-to-date medical sector is a must to ensure good health. According to Eric J. Topol, “The promise of artificial intelligence in medicine is to provide composite, panoramic views of individuals’ medical data; to improve decision making; to avoid errors such as misdiagnosis and unnecessary procedures; to help in the ordering and interpretation of appropriate tests; and to recommend treatment.”
Day after another, artificial intelligence is digging its way into the medical field and proving its potential in health care. It has proved its importance in diagnostics and diseases prevention. Also, it is being introduced step by step in therapy. Today AI is also expected to play an important role in developing personalized medicine and making drugs.
Among the medical specialties already placed at the heart of advances and experimentation studies we mention radiology, oncology, dermatology, and genetic diseases.
The 2nd conference on AI and Medicine will make a significant contribution to a better understanding of Artificial intelligence in medicine from its present applicability to its future potential. It is of eminent importance to understand the key role of AI in the future and elucidate the potential multiple contributions of these novel informatics tools in the management of patients.
Our objective
In this upcoming meeting, we will focus on promoting the exchange of novel ideas and discoveries between physicians, academics, basic researchers and industrials, epidemiologists, computer and data scientists, and executives. This will lead to common discussions about the latest advanced innovations in AI in medicine. We will present the newest research on artificial intelligence and we will provide a glimpse into the future of AI. Last but not least we are going to go over the ethical aspects of AI practices.
