In-person participation fees cover:

  • Access to all live scientific presentations (including posters area)
  • Access to the exhibition booth
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Access to view all abstracts electronically
  • Access to view all e-posters electronically
  • Book of abstracts in PDF Format
  • Attend the coffee breaks and buffet lunches

Online participation fees cover:

  • Access to all recorded presentations of the conference program for 3 weeks
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Access to view all abstracts electronically
  • Access to view all e-posters electronically
  • Book of abstracts in PDF Format

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

  • Before the end of March: 50% of registration fees will be refunded minus 70€ for administrative fees.
  • After the end of March: No refund.

Modification Policy

  • Attendees will be charged for upgrading their participation from online to in-person
  • No refund will be done for attendees downgrading their participation for in-person to online
  • There will be no charge for delegate substitution. An authorization letter for the transfer signed by the registered delegate should be sent 2 days prior the event’s starting days

(*) Bank transfers are subject to an additional 10€ handling fee. Deadline is October 8 midnight, any bank transfers after that date will not be accepted.
