In-person participation fees cover:
- Access to all live scientific presentations (including posters area)
- Access to the exhibition booth
- Certificate of attendance
- Access to view all abstracts electronically
- Access to view all e-posters electronically
- Book of abstracts in PDF Format
- Attend the coffee breaks and buffet lunches
Online participation fees cover:
- Access to all recorded presentations of the conference program for 3 weeks
- Certificate of attendance
- Access to view all abstracts electronically
- Access to view all e-posters electronically
- Book of abstracts in PDF Format
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- One month prior to the conference: 50% of registration fees will be refunded minus 70€ for administrative fees.
- Less the one month before the event: No refund.
Modification Policy
- Attendees will be charged for upgrading their participation from online to in-person
- No refund will be done for attendees downgrading their participation for in-person to online
- There will be no charge for delegate substitution. An authorization letter for the transfer signed by the registered delegate should be sent 2 days prior the event’s starting days
